Sussex Cookware - Refund Policy

We will accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

You as the customer are responsible for the postage costs for returning the goods to us, and ensuring that the goods return to us in a saleable condition.

If goods are genuinely faulty then we will ask you to return the goods to us, if they are faulty then we will replace, and refund the return postage costs for you.
